Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Passwords must be at least 8 characters. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Credits

• Credits are a prepaid unit of account used to purchase items on the platform. One credit equals €0.10 at the base rate; conversions to USD, GBP, and PLN follow the mid-market rate shown at checkout.
• Credits are released to your account once we receive cleared payment (bank transfers typically clear within 1–2 business days).
• Credits have no cash value once redeemed, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for currency outside of the Refund Policy.
• Promotional and bonus credits expire 12 months after issue unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders & pricing

Prices are displayed at checkout in your chosen currency. We may correct pricing errors at any time before the order is accepted. Bank details for offline payment are emailed after order placement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

6. Intellectual property

All site content — including text, photography, design, logos, and the ZEUS APPAREL™ name — is owned by or licensed to ZEUS APPAREL LTD and protected by intellectual property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate the service if you breach these terms, with notice where reasonably practicable.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
