Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited activity

You must not use the service to:

• Violate applicable law or the rights of any third party.
• Engage in fraud, money-laundering, or the financing of illegal activity.
• Resell, rent, or sublicense credits, accounts, or access without our written consent.
• Use stolen, counterfeit, or unauthorised payment instruments.
• Submit false identity or contact information at checkout.
• Reverse engineer, scrape at industrial scale, or otherwise interfere with the site’s normal operation.
• Upload, transmit, or link to malware, exploits, or other malicious code.
• Harass, threaten, or harm our staff, partners, or other customers.

2. Account integrity

One account per natural person. Sharing credentials, automating sign-ups, or creating accounts to bypass limits, promo eligibility, or bans is prohibited.

3. Promo codes and bonuses

Promotional and welcome codes are personal and limited to one use per customer or household, unless stated otherwise. Stacking, sharing publicly, or exploiting bugs in the discount system may result in cancelled orders and forfeited credits.

4. Communications

Do not use our contact channels to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or content that is defamatory, obscene, or unlawful.

5. Security testing

Unauthorised security testing is prohibited. If you believe you have discovered a vulnerability, report it privately via our contact page. We will work with researchers acting in good faith.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including issuing warnings, suspending or terminating accounts, voiding orders or credits, and reporting to law-enforcement authorities. Where the law allows, no refund will be issued for accounts terminated for violations of this policy.

To report a violation, write to us through the contact page with as much detail as possible. We treat reports confidentially.
